Meet June

Hi there! I'm Juniper, but you can call me June. I wear many hats - wife, mother, small business owner, social media manager, and avid bookworm. Give me a warm summer day by a mountain lake with a good book, and I'm in my element. You might also catch me on any given day rummaging through a thrift store.

Growing up in Calaveras County, I developed a deep love for the mountains and a strong sense of community. After graduating from UC Davis with degrees in Political Science and Sociology, my journey took an unexpected turn when my husband and I opened up the Murphys Pourhouse, a small craft beer and sandwich shop, in 2015. I never thought in a million years I would own a restaurant.

In 2022, life threw me a curveball when I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 41. It was a major scare, but today, I'm grateful to say that I'm in remission and embracing each day with gratitude.

Meet Nick

Hey there! I’m Nick Andona. I’ve been fortunate enough to marry my high school sweetheart, and together, we’ve raised a beautiful teenage daughter. Our journey hasn’t been without its challenges - watching my wife battle breast cancer in 2022 was one of the toughest experiences I’ve ever faced. It’s taught me resilience and the importance of cherishing every moment. When I’m not home, you’ll likely find me at the Murphys Pourhouse, a cozy beer pub I proudly own. It’s the heart of our Murphys community, where friends gather and unforgettable memories are made over a pint or two. If you were to ask me about my dream day, it would undoubtedly involve spending time in the High Sierras with my family. There’s something magical about being surrounded by nature and experiencing the serenity of the mountains together.

Meet Austin

I grew up in Paradise CA and moved to Lodi almost 20 years ago when I met my future wife. I have spent the better part of my professional life in the beer business, either running my own taproom or managing Morgan Territory Brewing, which I invested in 2019. My life's joy comes from my lovely wife Katie, our beautiful daughter Ava Rose, and our yellow Labrador Ripp. I am a lifelong Chevrolet enthusiast and thoroughly enjoy maintaining, restoring, and customizing anything with 4 wheels, a V8, and a bowtie!
